Milana – Claims Processor. She was a former senior customer service representative with responsibilities for medical billing and coding. Milana also is part owner of a dance studio where she teaches belly dancing. She enjoys outdoor activities and working with magic shows and learning to play the fiddle.
 

Monica – Claims Processor. She has worked in the accounting field for 12 years and also worked in home health care administration. Monica is the proud mother of a US Marine. When she is not taking care of her 3 children, she loves to garden.
