Robert L. Johnson, President, founder, and co-owner of Employee Benefit Concepts, Inc. I have been married for 42 years and enjoy a variety of activities including spending time with grandchildren, gardening and golf. I have worked for 28 years in the insurance industry and had previous experience as a small business owner in the Chemical field and prior management experience in 3 Fortune 500 companies. In addition, I served for 3 years as an Officer on a Destroyer in the US Navy. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois. I am a past President of the Northeast Ohio Health Underwriters Association.; a past Legislative Chairman of the state Health Underwriters association, and I chaired various legislative activities at the national level.

 David P. Ziesmer, Vice-President, founder and co-owner of Employee Benefit Concepts, Inc. I have been married for over 35 years and have 2 grown children. Having served 9 years as a leader of a Boy Scout Troop, I now serve one week every summer as the Campmaster for my high school’s cross country team’s camp. After graduating from Malone College, I worked as a Senior Shop and Craft Incentive Engineer for a major steel company. I also worked as the plant manager of a manufacturing company specializing in tire testing equipment and was the Administrator for a medium-sized tool and die company. My 25 years involvement in the insurance industry began when a Third Party Administrator employed me as the claims manager. I hold the Certification for Administration of Group Health and Life Insurance from the Health Insurance Association of America.

  Linda Chrislip, Office Manager of Employee Benefit Concepts, Inc. with 21 years of loyal and dedicated hard work. She is the backbone of this agency. Linda has been married for 32 years and enjoys her 4 grandchildren as well as working in her garden and walking and working out.

 Cathy Miller, Claim Manager with 16 years working for Employee Benefit Concepts, Inc. and 13 years prior claims experience with several third-party administrators. She knows her business backwards and forwards. Cathy has been married for 15 years to a man who has been a long time friend of this Agency. She loves working with stained glass, gardening, and learning to play golf, when she is not taking care of 3 large dogs.
